We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team! This dynamic role blends sales support with marketing initiatives to help grow our brand, engage customers, and drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Support & Dealer Engagement:
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Conduct outreach to potential dealers and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
  • Provide product and marketing material training to dealers.
  • Help coordinate sales events, promotions, and dealer incentives.
🔹 Marketing & Promotions:
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Assist in designing sales materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
🔹 Customer Interaction & Market Research:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone.
  • Gather market insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze ad and campaign performance to optimize results.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Experience in sales support, marketing, or customer engagement.
✔️ Ability to create compelling content and assist with ad strategies.
✔️ Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, or social media platforms.
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
